Acquisition of Washington State Senior Housing Communities
On June 2, 2014, CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (the “Company”), through operating subsidiaries, acquired La Conner Retirement Inn in La Conner, Washington, and South Pointe Assisted Living in Everett, Washington for an aggregate of approximately $12.5 million. A copy of the Company’s press release describing the acquisition of La Conner Retirement Inn and South Pointe Assisted Living is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
