The Oaks at Braselton and The Oaks at Post Road
On September 26, 2014, CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc. (the “Company”), through operating subsidiaries, acquired The Oaks at Braselton and The Oaks at Post Road, two senior housing facilities, for an aggregate of approximately $33.6 million. A copy of the Company’s press release describing the acquisition is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
