(c) On August 23, 2007, the Board of Directors of Tessera Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Michael Bereziuk as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bereziuk previously served as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Product Division.
On August 24, 2007, Tessera issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized a program to repurchase up to $100 million of Tessera’s common stock.
