On July 9, 2012, Tessera Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding an interim award issued by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in favor of Tessera, Inc. in its dispute with Amkor Technology, Inc. The Company also posted a slide presentation regarding the interim award on the investor relations portion of the Company’s website. A copy of the press release and the presentation are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated by reference herein.
