On May 13, 2013, Tessera Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding a special cash dividend of $0.30 per common share, payable May 31, 2013, to common stockholders of record at the close of business on May 23, 2013. The Company also announced it expects to execute at least $16 million of stock repurchases through its stock buyback program over the next four quarters. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
