On March 3, 2015, John Thode was notified that his last date of employment as President of DigitalOptics Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tessera Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), would be March 9, 2015, and Mr. Thode would cease to be an executive officer of the Company on such date.
In connection with his departure from the Company, Mr. Thode will be paid severance benefits in accordance with his existing severance agreement.
