On July 31, 2019, Cimpress N.V. posted on its web site its Q4 & Fiscal Year 2019 Quarterly Earnings Document announcing and discussing its financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2019. The full text of the earnings document is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.

Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On July 26, 2019, in connection with recruitment as planned of permanent members of Vistaprint's executive team, and the organizational changes referenced in the Q4 & Fiscal Year 2019 Quarterly Earnings Document, Robert Keane, Cimpress' Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Donald LeBlanc, Executive Vice President and President of Vistaprint Corporate Solutions, mutually agreed that Mr. LeBlanc's employment at Cimpress would terminate effective August 30, 2019.
