Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects the grant of Restricted Stock Units that convert into Common Stock, par value $0.000025 per share, of the Issuer, on a one-for-one basis. The Restricted Stock Units will vest 100% on the date of the Company's 2024 Annual Meeting of the Stockholders, subject to the director's continued service. The Restricted Stock Units are also subject to accelerated vesting upon certain events.

2. Shares held directly by the Lowell Revocable Living Trust (the "Trust"). The Reporting Person and his spouse serve as trustees and beneficiaries of the Trust.
