2. The restricted stock units were granted to the reporting person under the Warrior Met Coal, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, and vest in equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of April 24, 2020, the date of grant.

3. The restricted stock units were granted to the reporting person under the Warrior Met Coal, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan, and vest in equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of April 27, 2021, the date of grant.
