On November 12, 2020, Monitronics International, Inc. ("Monitronics" or the "Company", doing business as Brinks Home SecurityTM), issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, setting forth information, including financial information, which is intended to supplement the financial statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations contained in the Company's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2020, which Monitronics filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on November 13, 2020.
