LBI Media, Inc. (the “Company”) held a conference call on April 1, 2005 to discuss its financial results for the year ended and three months ended December 31, 2005. The Company also answered questions during the call. The transcript from the conference call is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
