ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On October 7, 2008, TRW Automotive Holdings Corp. issued a press release withdrawing its full-year 2008 guidance previously provided, and indicating that it plans to provide updated guidance for full-year 2008 when it announces its third quarter financial results on October 30, 2008. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Form 8-K”).
