1. On October 1, 2021, as part of the annual retainers paid to the Issuer's independent directors and pursuant to the Issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, Mr. Gary was granted 3,125 shares of the Issuer's restricted common stock. The shares of restricted common stock will vest on October 1, 2022.
