Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Three of our executive officers have decided to resign their posts as follows in order to ensure a smooth transition of the Company’s organizational realignment strategy. Each will be available on a consulting basis to assist in that transition:
Michael Harte, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, has resigned effective December 19 2008.
Stuart Thiede, Vice President of Service Delivery, has resigned effective December 31, 2008.
Chuck Piccirillo, Vice President of Product Development, has resigned effective January 31, 2009.
