Item 8.01. Other Events.
On June 3, 2005, Reddy Ice Group, Inc. (“Reddy Ice”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reddy Ice Holdings, Inc., issued a press release announcing that it is extending the Expiration Date in connection with the tender offer and consent solicitation for its outstanding 8 7/8% senior subordinated notes due 2011 to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on June 24, 2005. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.
