On March 25, 2009, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Physicians Formula Holdings, Inc. approved a 10% decrease in base salaries of each of the named executive officers, effective April 6, 2009. As a result, Ingrid Jackel’s base salary decreased from $378,560 to $340,704, Jeffrey P. Rogers’ base salary decreased from $378,560 to $340,704 and Joseph J. Jaeger’s salary decreased from $351,520 to $316,368.
