1. This amended Form 4 is being filed for the purpose of amending the disclosure in Box 4 to reflect that the correct number of securities that vested on October 3, 2022 was 16,322. The original Form 4 inadvertently included 10,880 shares which represented restricted stock units that were settled in cash.
