Explanation of Responses:

1. Adjusted to give effect to (i) the stock dividend of 25,484 shares paid to the reporting person on April 1, 2016, which is equal to one quarter of one share of common stock for every one share of common stock held by the reporting person on March 29, 2016, and (ii) an additional 607 shares held by the reporting person since October 2015 and inadvertently omitted from previous Section 16 filings.
