On May 8, 2008, Fremont Michigan InsuraCorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had declared a 3% stock dividend, payable on June 5, 2008 to shareholders of record on May 22, 2008. Also, on May 8, 2008, the Company announced a stock repurchase program for up to 100,000 shares of its outstanding common stock.
