On May 16, 2011, Fremont Michigan InsuraCorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
May 16, 2011, Fremont Michigan InsuraCorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.04 per share on the common stock of the Company payable on June 30, 2011 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
