Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 31, 2006, Golden Oval Eggs, LLC (the “Company”) mailed to its unitholders a letter providing copies of quarterly financial information previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the Company’s regular quarterly and annual filings. The letter also asks the Company’s unitholders if they would be willing to receive future information through email communications or through the U.S. Postal Service. A copy of the letter is being furnished with this filing on Form 8-K to ensure, pursuant to Regulation FD, that all investors are provided information that could be of importance to investors.
