The Board of Directors of Charter Communications, Inc., (the "Company"), the indirect parent company of CCO Holdings, LLC and CCO Holdings Capital Corp., debtors - in - possession, as of May 19, 2009, has appointed Grier C. Raclin, formerly Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, to the new position of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer; Gregory L. Doody, formerly Chief Restructuring Officer, to the position of Chief Restructuring Officer and General Counsel of the Company; and, Richard R. Dykhouse, formerly Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, to the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
