1. Original Form 4 filed on March 7, 2016 incorrectly reported the date of grant as 03/03/16 and the vesting of the options as March 3, 2017, March 3, 2018 and March 3, 2019. The grant date is 03/02/16, and one-third of the stock options will vest on March 2, 2017, an additional one-third of the stock options will vest on March 2, 2018 and the remaining one-third of the stock options will vest on March 2, 2019.
