Explanatory Note
On April 7, 2020, Applied Genetic Technologies Corporation filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Current Report on Form8-K under Items 7.01 and 9.01 (the “Initial8-K”). This Form8-K/A amends the Initial8-K to correct typographical errors in the Corporate Presentation that was described under Items 7.01 and 9.01 of the Initial8-K and furnished to the Commission as Exhibit 99.1 to the Initial8-K.
