Item 8.01. Other Events.
Company Announces Third Quarter Dividends
On September 29, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.25 per share on shares of its common stock for the quarter ending September 30, 2009. The dividend is payable on October 26, 2009 to common stockholders of record on October 13, 2009. In addition, the Company announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.625 per share on shares of its Series A Cumulative Convertible Redeemable Preferred Stock (the “Series A Preferred Stock”) for the 2009 third quarter in accordance with the terms of the Series A Preferred Stock. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2009 to stockholders of record on October 13, 2009. A copy of the press release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
