On October 20, 2015, NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. (the “Company”) posted a corporate presentation to its website, www.nrfc.com, which includes information regarding NorthStar Realty Europe Corp. (“NRE”), a current wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company has announced a plan to spin-off its European real estate business into NRE, as a separate publicly-traded REIT. A copy of the corporate presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
