On March 26, 2008, the Board of Directors accepted the resignations of John Parry and David C. Hayes as members of the Board of Directors of the Company. To the knowledge of the Board of Directors, neither John Parry nor David C. Hayes had any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
On March 26, 2008, the Board of Directors reaffirmed Mr. Ian Morrice as the Chief Executive Officer, Ron Evans, C.A. as the Chief Financial Officer, and Alan Soltis as the Chief Operating Officer. At this time, no employment agreements have been executed and no compensation arrangements have been finalized.
