On January 6, 2020, First Solar, Inc. (“First Solar”) issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to settle the previously disclosed class action litigation filed in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona titled Smilovits v. First Solar, Inc., et al, No. 2:12-cv-00555-DGC. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
