Item 8.01 - Other Events
On August 19, 2014, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about October 3, 2014, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 19, 2014. A copy of the Press Release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto asExhibit 99.1.
