Item 8.01 - Other Events
On October 20, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about December 18, 2015, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 4, 2015. A copy of the Press Release dated October 21, 2015 announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached hereto asExhibit 99.1.
