Explanation of Responses:

1. The amount of securities beneficially owned reported on the orginal Form 3 (967,400) inadvertently overstated the number of units held by the reporting person by 165,959. This error was repeated in all of the reporting person's filings on Forms 4 and 5 prior to the date of this amendment. Reports filed subsequent to the 01-27-14 two-for-one split of the common units overstated the reporting person's units held by twice this amount (331,918).
