Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On April 16, 2007, Ms. Mary Jiang, Corporate Secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Scientific Energy, Inc. (the "Company"), submitted her resignation as Corporate Secretary and as a member of the Board of Directors effective Monday, April 16, 2007, due to family and personal reasons.
Ms. Jiang stated that her resignation does not in any way imply or infer that there are any disputes or disagreements relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
