(b) On October 22, 2014, Will K. Weinstein resigned as a member of our Board of Directors. Mr. Weinstein’s decision to resign from the Board of Directors was not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Weinstein on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
