Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On February 17, 2021, the Board of Directors of MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share to shareholders of record on March 1, 2021, payable on March 15, 2021.

This is the first quarterly dividend for 2021 and includes an 11.1% increase in dividends as compared to the previous quarter dividend of $0.09 per share.
