Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 17, 2021, Manufactured Housing Properties Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
