Explanation of Responses:

1. 10,555 shares were distributed back to direct holdings on March 9, 2023 from the reporting person's Grantor Retained Annuity Trust based on the terms of the trust. The direct holdings reported also include shares acquired through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and shares acquired pursuant to Stock Options, Restricted Stock Awards, Restricted Stock Units, and Performance Share Awards.
