Explanation of Responses:

1. 175,000 options granted at CAD$0.54 (US$0.42) to Mr H. W. Bromley expired unexercised.

2. Mr. H. Bromley was granted 50,000 stock options at CAD$0.45 (approximately US$0.33) on June 30, 2020. These options vest 2.08% per month commencing June 30, 2021.

3. Mr. H. Bromley was granted 50,000 stock options at CAD$0.50 (approximately US$0.39) on February 1, 2021. These options vest 10% on grant date, 15% after one year and 2% per month thereafter.

4. Mr. H. Bromley was granted 50,000 stock options at CAD$1.02 (approximately US$0.813) on April 6, 2021. These options vest at 2% per month.

5. Mr. H. Bromley was granted 150,000 stock options at CAD$0.50 (approximately US$0.39) on February 1, 2022. These options vest at 2% per month.

6. Mr. H. W. Bromley was granted 50,000 stock options at CAD$0.30 (Approximately US$0.22) on February 21, 2023. These options vest at 2% per month.
