1. Shares of ShoreTel, Inc. acquired pursuant to ShoreTel, Inc.'s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) on 10/31/15.

2. The option vests as to 25% on 02/03/2010, and vests as to 1/48th of the shares each month over the next three years thereafter. Options were expiring in February 2016 and were sold pursuant to rule 10b5-1 plan.
