YouarereceivingthisemailbecauseyouwillbejoiningmeandotherseniormanagersatAtlasPipelineHoldings,L.Pwhenthetransactioncloses,presentlyanticipatedtobeinthefirsthalfofnextyear. AsEdCohenwrote,inhiscapacityasChairmanofbothAtlasPipelineHoldingsandAtlasEnergy,thecorporatecultureatAtlasPipelineHoldingsshouldbeindistinguishablefromthattowhichyou'reaccustomed.Youractualjobandbenefitsshouldnotbenotice ablydifferentexcepttotheextentthatwearealwaystryingtomakethingsbetter.
