Explanation of Responses:

1. The sale reported in this Form 4 was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan established by the reporting person on December 7, 2017.

2. The price reported is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $1.65 to $1.70, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.

3. Shares held by Stanfield Family Investments LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, of which the reporting person is the Managing Member. The reporting person and his spouse are the owners of a 55% interest in Stanfield Family Investments LLC, with the remaining 45% interest owned by trusts for the benefit of the reporting person's children. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of all securities held by Stanfield Family Investments LLC except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
