Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 16, 2017, Zoned Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Bryan McLaren, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, has been accepted into two executive councils and the Company has become a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, further expanding the Company’s role as an influencer and thought leader in the strategic real estate development industry. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The information contained in the website is not a part of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
