On March 11, 2016, J. Patrick Genn tendered his resignation as our Vice President of Business Development. Mr. Genn will provide consulting services to the Company to ensure an orderly transition. The Company has entered into a consulting agreement with Mr. Genn, whereby he will provide support related to business development objectives through May 31, 2016. Mr. Genn will receive a retainer of $10,000 per month to work 80 hours per month. The agreement may be extended with the mutual consent of the parties.
