ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.
On October 24, 2016, Blackbaud, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing revision of its full year operating cash flow expectations for 2016, resulting from its early adoption of ASU 2016-09, Compensation - Stock Compensation (Topic 718), Improvements to Employee Share-Based Payment Accounting.
