On October 1, 2018, as part of the annual retainers paid to the Issuer's independent directors and pursuant to the Issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, Mr. Kretzmer was granted 3,201.71 shares of the Issuer's restricted common stock. The shares of restricted common stock vest on the one year anniversary of the date of the grant.
