On October 1, 2020, as part of the annual retainers paid to the Issuer's independent directors and pursuant to the Issuer's 2018 Equity Incentive Plan, Mr. Kretzmer was granted 4,103.967 shares of the Issuer's restricted common stock. The shares of restricted common stock vest on the one year anniversary of the date of the grant.

2. Includes 328.360 shares of common stock Mr. Kretzmer acquired through the Issuer's distribution reinvestment plan.
