Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 18, 2022, Immunic, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will present preclinical data on the potent anti-inflammatory activity of vidofludimus calcium at the 17th Congress of European Crohn’s and Colitis Organization, and announced blinded baseline characteristics of its phase 2 trial of vidofludimus calcium in moderate-to-severe ulcerative colitis.
The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
