On June 11, 2009 at approximately 11:25 a.m. (EDT), Sensus Metering Systems Inc. (the “Company”) is scheduled to present at the Deutsche Bank 2009 Alternative Energy/Clean Tech Conference (the “Conference”) at the Mandarin Oriental in Washington, D.C. Peter Mainz, Chief Executive Officer and President, and Jim Hilty, Vice President, Business Development, will be representing the Company at the Conference. The Company intends to disseminate the slides to be presented by the Company at the Conference to those attending the Conference and to others on June 10, 2009. A copy of the slides to be presented by the Company at the Conference and disseminated by the Company in advance thereof is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
