On January 20, 2006, Beijing Med-Pharm Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a letter agreement (the “Amendment”) amending the terms of the Company’s Exclusive Patent and Know How License Agreement with pSiOncology Pte Limited (the “Licensor”) and pSiMedica Limited (“PsiMed”) dated as of October 26, 2005. The primary purpose of the Amendment was to extend the time period during which the parties are required to enter into a manufacturing and supply agreement for the supply of products under the license from 90 calendar days following the date of the License Agreement to 180 days following the date of the License Agreement.
A copy of the Amendment is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
