On February 22, 2024, the Company issued a press release reporting that the Company’s Board of Directors had approved raising the quarterly dividend approximately 11% from $2.25 per share on the common stock of the Company to $2.50 per share. The quarterly dividend is equivalent to an annual dividend of $10.00 per share, up from $9.00 per share. Future dividends are subject to quarterly determination and declaration by the Board of Directors. The current quarterly dividend is payable April 1, 2024, to Company shareholders of record at the close of business on March 15, 2024. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
