IF THIS WITHDRAWAL NOTICE IS TIMELY RECEIVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS ACCOMPANYING INSTRUCTIONS, THE IDENTIFIED UNITS PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED FOR TENDER WILL NOT BE REPURCHASED BY THE COMPANY.
